Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and talented law students to join our Summer Associate Program. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work closely with experienced attorneys, and develop your legal skills in a supportive and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues.
- Draft legal documents, including memos, briefs, and contracts.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Participate in client meetings and observe court proceedings.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and assignments.
- Attend training sessions and professional development workshops.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school, with a strong academic record.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in plaintiff's personal injury and employment law.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to the firm's values and culture.
Work Location: This position is on-site at our office in Spokane, WA.
