Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and talented law students to join our Summer Associate Program. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work closely with experienced attorneys, and develop your legal skills in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues.
  • Draft legal documents, including memos, briefs, and contracts.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
  • Participate in client meetings and observe court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and assignments.
  • Attend training sessions and professional development workshops.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited law school, with a strong academic record.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated interest in plaintiff's personal injury and employment law.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to the firm's values and culture.

Work Location: This position is on-site at our office in Spokane, WA.
