We only look to hire a new employee when we are ready to devote the time and resources into their development. We want every team member to become the best version of themselves so that they can contribute fully to our firm's ability to help and serve clients. Unlike many traditional law firms, we don't put employees into boxes that limit their career potential. Instead, we figure out how each employee can best help the firm and put them into roles where they are successful. 

Our office is located on the beautiful South Hill in Spokane, Washington in a 120 year-old Victorian house. Next door to us is the Chrysalis art gallery. Across the street is a Huckleberry's natural food market, Ace hardware store, and women's clothing boutique. We are less than five minutes to downtown Spokane and the courthouses.
