I'm Tyler Crissman, a legal assistant at Barden & Barden in Spokane, Washington. I have worked as a legal assistant for several years, in multiple areas of law. Whether as the first point of contact, or someone doing behind-the-scenes work, I always make sure that clients feel heard and I work persistently to help meet case goals. I graduated from University of Oregon in 2017, with a BA in English and a double minor in Environmental Studies and Comics & Cartoon Studies. In my free time, I enjoy drawing, painting and drinking hot tea during cold weather and iced tea during hot weather. At work, and in general, I strive to make a positive difference for others and the world we live in.
I'm Jose Ney, and I am a medical records specialist at Barden & Barden. In addition to that, my latest job was pre-litigation paralegal at a personal injury law firm where I collect medical records, verify the accuracy of bills and invoices, and ensure that HIPPA laws are maintained, all in an effort to help litigation cases. I have received my bachelor's degree in social communication, which I obtained in 2014, and my bilingually in English and Spanish make it easy to relate to medical facilities and clients. The legal aspect of a medical database is something I like to analyze, and I like to optimize the privacy and documentation policies as well.
