Interested?
We're looking for our next attorney to join the team. We got our start at big firms and government agencies, and, if we're being honest—the work environments weren't ideal. Our jobs weren't fulfilling, and the work wasn't as fun as we thought it should be. So, we left and created our own firm. A place where lawyers can forge their own path with our support and resources. We embrace innovation and finding better ways to help our clients and run our firm (yes, we're actually using AI to make our lives easier). We think of ourselves as relatively cool people and want to do our part to make the world a little better place for both our clients and our team. Our firm's core values reflect this approach:
- Through continuous improvement we develop mastery in our work and in life.
- We work as a team and are empowered to individually solve problems within our area of responsibility.
- We seek rapport with every person involved in our cases while advocating the best solutions for our clients.
- We use technology to enhance the client experience and make our work more efficient.
- We encourage innovation and creative strategies to reach our full potential.
What the Role Looks Like
If this is piquing your interest, here's some more about the role. This attorney will:
- Handle all aspects of litigation for our employment and injury cases, including case strategy, pleadings and motions, depositions, and trials.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and experts.
- Create and present educational material on injury and employment law topics.
When you start, in the first 90 days you will:
- Get acquainted with our staff who will support your attorney work.
- Learn how we handle cases with direction and mentoring from our senior attorneys.
- Establish relationships with existing clients and counsel new clients.
- Take a leadership role in handling client matters.
