Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the firm, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing support to other team members. This position is perfect for someone with a keen interest in law firm administration, strong technological skills, and training in accounting and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounting, finance, and bookkeeping functions.
- Assist with office management including hardware and software, supplies, and insurance.
- Assist with human resources such as recruiting, training, payroll, and benefits.
- Coordinate and manage office events.
- Manage the firm's vendor relationships.
- Greet clients and other visitors at our office.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working in an administrative role in a professional office environment.
- Demonstrated interest in law firm administration and a desire to grow in this field.
- Comfortable working with technology and able to troubleshoot software/hardware issues.
- Experience and/or training in human resources.
- Experience and/or training in accounting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay and Benefits (benefits only for full time):
- $25-29/hour / $52,000 - $60,000 annually DOE
- Group health plan including dental and vision, employer pays 100% of premiums
